FIRM ON TRIAL
Manslaughter Charge (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 5. A firm of chemists was today committed to the Auckland Supreme Court for trial <m a charge Of manslaughter. Murray Wright, Ltd, was charged that at Auckland on March 25 it committed manslaughter by unlawfully killing Cornelia Charmaine Keeps, aged 16. a machinist. The firm pleaded not guilty and was sent for trial after tiding of depositions In the Magistrate's Court. Mr M. J. A. Brown and Mr D. S Morris appeared for the Crown, and Mr R. K. Davison, Q.C., with him Mr N. W. Thom, for the firm. Mr H. Y. Gilliand, S.M., presided. - .
