Big Flow From Papua Well
(N.Z. Press Association) SYDNEY, Feb. 24. The Pasca A-2 oil well, 50 miles off-shore in the Gulf of Papua, is flowing large quantites of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons, Phillips Australian Oil Company has announced. The company reported daily flow rates of 17.2 million cu. ft of gas, and 1375 barrels of condensate from one level, and up to 15.7 million cu. ft of gas and 1100 barrels of condensate from a lower level.
