QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have been in practice as a barrister or solicitor for a period amounting in the aggregate to not less than five years. Charges for excess air baggage up to first-class baggage entitlement (if air-freighted as “unaccompanied baggage”) and sea freight on household and personal effects (excluding motor vehicles) up to 60 cubic feet for a single appointee and 180 cubic feet for a married man, with an additional 20 cubic feet for each child, will be met by the Western Samoan Government An allowance of SWS4O towards the cost of freight on the appointee’s motor vehicle will also be paid at the end of the term.
