CAR HITS POLE
Two persons were admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital with injuries they suffered when a ear hit a pole in Hagley Avenue at 12.20 ajn. yesterday. Miss Brenda Brown, aged 17, of the Nurses’ Home, Sunnyside Hospital, was reported to be fairly comfortable with head and arm injuries. The other occupant of the car, Warren Baxter of 18 Moyna Avenue, Dallington, was admitted with head injuries but was discharged yesterday afternoon.
