Motor-Cyclist Injured
A motor-cyclist, Mr R. J Simpson, of 4 Charlesworth Street, Ferrymead, was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital with head and leg injuries suffered when the motor-cycle he was riding and a car collided at the intersection of Blenheim and Curletts Roads at 7.39 a.m. yesterday. His condition last evening was satisfactory.
Raft Demonstrated.—The use of an inflatable liferaft and its equipment was ex plained to about 100 persons on the Lyttelton waterfront yesterday afternoon.
