The giant International Publishing Corporation (1.P.C.) has announced a company reorganisation that brings all its newspapers under one management. Mr Hugh Cudlipp, chairman of 1.P.C., said the new company—l.P.C. Newspapers, Ltd—became fully operational on Saturday. Newspapers integrated in the new company are: Daily Mirror Newspapers Ltd, Odhams Newspapers, the Scottish Daily Record and Sunday Mail Ltd, Reveille Newspapers Ltd, West of England Newspapers Ltd and Overseas Newspapers Ltd. The new company will handle a combined weekly circulation of 53 million newspapers and will have 10,000 employees and an annual wage bill of £l7 million.
