Holiday Flights
National Airways Corporation aircraft had carried 10 per cent more passengers so far these school holidays than in the same period of the August holidays last year, said Mr J. E. Davies, the Christchurch manager. He said there had been a big demand for special flights. N.A.C. had 16 crews training for the new Boeing 7375, and it had been necessary to charter a number of Air New Zealand Electras for the Christchurch-Welling-ton-Auckland route.
