Turner Returning
(N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN. The former Otago Plunket Shield batsman, G. M. Turner, who is at present in his second season with the Worcestershire county club, is reI turning to his home in Dun!edin for the summer and will
be available to play club and representative cricket. Turner, who was 21 in May, would miss the last two games for Worcestershire if his proposed travel arrangements were accepted by the club's committee. Turner's two-year contract with Worcestershire ends this season, but after his outstanding form as an opening batsman in recent weeks, it is certain he will be re-engaged. In his last eight innings, Turner has topped the halfcentury mark six times, with a highest score of 94.
