(N.Z. Press Association! WELLINGTON, July 8. Arrangements for a visit to New Zealand by a delegation from the South Vietnamese Lower House had fallen through, the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) announced today. He said that a Vietnamese Parliamentary delegation might come to New Zealand later in the year. On Friday, Mr Holyoake said the visit was being discussed with the South Vietnamese authorities and that an announcement would be made when there was something more definite to report.
