Navua Takes On Crew
(N.Z. Press Association)
DUNEDIN, April 17. After four months lying idle in Port Chalmers and Dunedin, the Navua began signing on a new crew at 10 a.m. today. She will sail tomorrow afternoon after being recommissioned for use in the Pacific Islands-New Zealand run. The Navua will load at Lyttelton and Auckland for the islands, but the Union Steam Ship Company had no plans for her after that run.
