Two Teams Entered
Two Canterbury Rugby league teams may be entered in the New Zealand 19 years tournament this season to a-oid a bye in the first round. Canterbury will also enter a team in the 17 years tournament. This team will be coached by Mr L. E. Brown. Mr I. Pimley will coach the 19 years A team and Mr L. R. Clarke the 19 years B team should it be entered. The board last evening approved the transfers of L. P. J. Brown (from Greymouth Marist to Marist-Western Suburbs), C. J. Dyhrberg (from Dunedin Celtic to Marist-Western Suburbs) and G. J. Eaton (from Sydenham to Linwood). Eaton will be required to stand down for four club matches, the usual trans- ! fer suspension for open grade players.
