Fine For Late Scratching

G. B. Noble, the trainer of Bewitched, was fined $2O for the late scratching of the filly from the President’s Stakes at Add ington Raceway on Saturday. Saladin was scratched from the same event on veterinary advice. Glen Bell was relegated from fourth to fifth after the running of the Wilkins Handicap.
