Woman Killed In Crash

WELLINGTON, March 20. A 27-year-old Evans Bay widow was killed instantly when her motor-scooter crashed in Oriental Parade, Wellington, at 11.45 p.m. yesterday. She was
Jane Comber, whose parents live in Auckland. She had been in Wellington about four years.
Her machine struck a low concrete wall and she died of head injuries. She was not wearing a crash helmet, police said.
