Invitation Tennis Ten Overseas Players Accept

(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND. Ten overseas players have accepted invitations to play in this year’s Wills invitation tennis tournament which will begin at Auckland on Wednesday next week.

The only definite entrant up to yesterday had been the leading Mexican woman player, Miss E. Subriats, aged 19. Nine of yesterday’s 10 acceptors five men and five women are teen-agers or in their early 20s. The oldest

is the top South Australian player. B. Phillips - Moore, aged 30. He is a member of the Australian team. Others are R. Crealy, aged 23, who has been performing well in Australian tournaments. Miss K.
