Damage To Sheds
A large shed on a property occupied by Ernest Orchard at 101 Birdwood Avenue was destroyed by fire yesterday. Two units from the Central Station, one of which was at the fire in the bulk store of Wooff and Salvesen, Ltd, answered a call received at 5.3 p.m. The fire spread to a property at 64 Malcom Avenue and damaged 20ft of paling fen •» at this address. A shed attached to a house at 103 Birdwood Avenue and another length of paling fence, were damaged.
