In spite of an aggressive 110 by G. Wright, Kirwee United had to be content with a draw when it met South Malvern in the first round of the Malvern cricket competition on Saturday. The surprise of the day was the defeat of last season’s championship winning side, Darfield, by the Darfield junior (under-23) team, a newcomer to the competition. P.
