VIBRAPAC BLOCKS
Dividend Again 111 p.c. Group profit of Vibrapac Blocks, Ltd., Christchurch, fell £6567, or 11.3 per cent, to £58,000 in the latest year, directors sky in a preliminary report. The result, which is subject to audit, is considered satisfactory, they add. A final dividend of 61 per cent is recommended, making an unchanged total dividend of 111 per cent for the year.
The new shares allotted in June last year will receive five-eighths of the total dividend less the interim paid. Vibrapac has acquired as from yesterday the share capital of Summit Vibro Concrete, Ltd., Blenheim.
