Cox Bros. Tax Bill $1m.
(N.Z. Press Assn. —GbpyriphP MELBOURNE, June .l. Cox Brothers (Australia), Ltd., has received a tax bill for $1,047,978 for reassessments over the last five years, and has incurred a group net loss of $826,086 in the six months to January 31. The Commissioner of Taxation has agreed that payment of any tax may be deferred until the claims of debenture holders and secured creditors have been met.
