Overtime Cuts Advised
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 31. Auckland painters are being urged to end overtime because of the shortage of work. The Painting Contractors’ Association, until recently named the Auckland Guild of Masters Painters, Decorators and Signwriters, sent a circular to members today asking them to revert to a 40-hour week.
