ADULTERY CLAIMED

Earl Divorces Countess W.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copyright) LONDON, May 9. The Earl of Suffolk and Berkshire was granted a decree nisi in the Divorce Court yesterday in an undefended suit on the ground of adultery by the Frenchborn countess, with Count Pierre de la Salle. The Earl and Countess were married in Paris in 1960. The decree was on the ground of adultery by the Countess within seven weeks of the marriage and again in 1965.

Mr Justice Cumming-Bruce exercised discretion in respect of subsequent adultery admitted by the Earl.
