(N.Z. P. A. -Reuter—-Copgrig ht) LONDON, May 9. The first State visit to Britain by a Saudi Arabian Monarch will begin today when King Feisal arrives for a nlne-day stay.

The King, who has visited Britain informally many times before, will have at least two meetings with the Prime Minister, Mr Harold Wilson, to discuss Middle East issues and international developments. A big welcome has been prepared for King Feisal after he flies into London Airport on a regular Saudi Arabian Airlines flight. The Duke of Kent, cousin of Queen Elizabeth, will greet the King at the airport. They will then drive 20 miles to central London for a formal meeting with the Queen and other members of the British Royal family.
