The Rev. H. A Bridges, minister of the Riccarton Baptist Church, will transfer to the Epuni Baptist Church at Hutt Valley at the beginning of July. Mr Bridges will have served six years and a half with the Riccarton church. Mr F. L. Smith has been elected a life member of the Marlborough Provincial Chamber of Commerce. Mr Smith is a Blenheim borough councillor, and was president of the chamber in 1959 and 1960. He is also president of the Marlborough Public Relations Association. He is an executive member of many local committees, but intends to curtail some of his community activities for health reasons.
Messrs L S. Cocks, S. K. Henderson and D. A Johns (Christchurch) and R. M. H. Bowater (Nelson) have been admitted to the New Zealand Society of Accountants as associate registered accountants. Mr D. R. R. Pitt (Blenheim) has been granted transfer of status to associate public accountant
