Bank Governor To Visit N.Z.
(Special Crepitt. N.Z.F.A.) LONDON, April 11. The Governor of the Bank of England, Sir Leslie O’Brien, will visit New Zealand from May 2 to 9. A spokesman for the bank said it was planned that Sir Leslie O’Brien would visit Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland. The visit would essentially be one of good will and would provide an opportunity for Sir Leslie O’Brien to gain on-the-spot views of developments in New Zealand.
