May Play All Blacks
(Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) LONDON. A former New Plymouth Boys’ High School and Canterbury University Rugby player, W. Wakelin, has been chosen to play in a trial to select the Southern Counties XV to play the 1967 All Blacks. Wakelin, a side-row forward, played for Oxford University in its annual match against Cambridge University in 1965.
