N.Z. Pilots Take Part

Bomber Command has announced that New Zealanders and Australians had figured prominently in a series of inter-squadron competitions held earlier this month to test the skills of air crews in bombing, navigation and communications procedures. One member of No. 9 Squadron who flew in the competition is Flight Lieutenant R. F. Harding, of Wanganui, and other New Zealanders taking part were Flight Lieutenant G. P. Gleeson, of Feilding, and Flight Lieutenant C. J. Parker, of Christchurch.
