Back And Forth Border raiders yesterday smuggled the northern town of Berwick-on-Tweed back into Scotland after six centuries of English rule. The raiders—believed to be Scottish nationalists removed England-Scotland border signs normally standing three miles north of Berwick and replanted them south of the town.
