Easy Win In ■ Free-for-AU (N.Z. Press Association) SYDNEY. The New South Wales mare, Rachel McGregor, had little more than an exercise pace to win the Pacer’s Free-for-AH at Harold Park on Friday night. Rachel McGregor led all the way to effortlessly beat Paddy’* Night and Tongue Twister. The Brilliant Victoria trotter, Delvta Dancer, received his first defeat in 16 starts in the Cham, pion Trotters’ Free-for-AH. The 14-year-old gelding, Rio, led throughout to defeat Panther’s Flight by 10 yards. Delvin Dancer finished four yards back third. Rio set a fast pace In the lead and ran the journey' in 3mln 37.45ec. This was 3.Bsec faster than the race record set by Tinmine in January this year. Delvin Dancer lost 24 yards when he broke at the start. He aetled down soon afterward* and was making ground on the field when he broke again on the first turn. This second setback lost Delvto Dancer another 70 yards.
