RUMOURS OF PEACE TALK
U Thant In Rangoon (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) RANGOON, February 28. Fresh speculation that the United Nations SecretaryGeneral, U Thant, may be holding Vietnam peace talks in Rangoon was aroused tonight by the news that three senior North Vietnam diplomats are now in Rangoon. U Thant is on a short holiday, and rumours that he planned to meet North Vietnamese representatives have persisted since his arrival last week.
