SAIGON, Feb. 24.
South Vietnam’s Finance Minister resigned on Wednesday because of ill-health, according to the Associated Press.
Truong Thai Ton left the war cabinet post which illness had prevented him from occupying since his appointment in mid-November. No successor had been named yet
