An 18-year-old Wollongong youth was fatally injured in the ring of a sideshow boxing tent, while trying to win three dollars on Saturday night The youth, Denzil Stanley Bell, a police boy’s club boxer, collapsed after he was hit with a right hook by a professional fighter. Bell suffered a cerebral haemorrhage and was dead when taken to a doctor’s surgery at nearby Dapto.
