Certificates For Printers
(N.Z. Press Association)
WELLINGTON. Dec. 5.
The Trades Certification Board has decided to issue trade certificates to printing tradesmen. They will not be required to pass the certificate examination.
The secretary of the board (Mr W. L. Combs) said today that this would give tradesmen who completed their apprenticeships or training periods before the examinations were introduced, the opportunity of acquiring such certificates. Application forms would be available by the end of March.
