Damage Done At Bakery

AUCKLAND, Dec. 6.
Mr G. M. Finlay, managingdirector of Findlays Gold Crust Bakeries, Ltd., said last night that damage estimated at £2OOO had been done to his bakery since he decided to try baking on Friday after noons.
The blades on a slicing machine were ruined when a loaf of bread with a metal disc inside it was put through the machine. Repairs cost about £25.
The next day a £2OOO dividing machine was wrecked when a builders’ scraper was forced into it. This machine had to be replaced.
