SALE BY BALLOT
Farm Blocks At Valetta
The Lands and Survey Department has 83 applicants for two farming blocks at Valetta which will be sold by ballot today. The Land Settlement Board is now examining the credentials of 58 of the applicants. The rest have previously been examined, but were unsuccessful in other ballots.
The department has already allotted one block at Valetta under preference to a former serviceman. His name will be disclosed when the ballot takes place.
