Homogenised Milk
Sir, —I would be Interested to know why it is not possible to buy homogenised milk from our milk vendors in Christchurch. Having recently arrived from Hastings, where every milk vendor offers a choice of homogenised or pasteurised milk, I was disappointed to find that homogenised milk was obtainable from only one dairy in Christchurch. 1 am sure that many mothers would appreciate a home delivery, or a wide.- distribution to dairies, of this milk, which is more easily digested by babies, invalids, and elderly people.— Yours, etc., Y.F.M.
