Foot-And-Mouth Danger Still

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept 19. The danger of foot and mouth disease reaching New Zealand had not passed, said the Director-General of the Department of Agriculture (Mr D. N. R. Webb). Mr Webb said restrictions on the importation of livestock would continue for the present. The restrictions were Imposed after an outbreak of the virus in the north of England early last month.
