Three Have Centuries
Three fulbbackg, W. F. McCormick (Canterbury), I. R. Bishop (Hawke’s Bay), and D. Laurie (Auckland), reached a century of points in firstclass Rugby this season in matches on Saturday. McCormick kicked two penalty goals and two conversions against Taranaki to bring his total to 108. Bishop scored 13 points against Counties to reach 101, while Laurie’s five penalty goals against Wellington gave him exactly 100 points in his first representative season. Two other full-backs, M. W. Wiliiment (Weiiington) and W. J. Potae (Bay of Plenty), have already reached a century; Wiliiment is now only i 3 points short of 200 for the season-
