N.A.T.O. Talks Delay Likely
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 18. A meeting of Foreign Ministers of France’s 14 N.A.T.O. partners scheduled for Brussels next month is likely to be postponed because of a lack of progress in the detailed work of top officials and experts since the Ministerial Council met in Brussels in June. The October meeting would have examined further the military, economic and political problems arising from France’s withdrawal from the alliance’s integrated military structure.
