Seeking Title Bout Terms
(NZ. Press Association! AUCKLAND. The world light heavyweight boxing champion. J. Torres (Puerto Rico), has been asked to state his terms to defend his title in a return bout with the American. E. Cotton, at Auckland early next year. The Auckland Boxing Association tried in February to stage the Torres-Cotton title fight in Auckland but it went to Las Vegas. The price then was about £35.700, but it is now considerably less than this.
