WHITE-ROBED SPEAKER ARRESTED.—A man, wearing white robes and hood similar to those of the Ku Klux Klan, being arrested in Marquette Park, Chicago, when he attempted to speak after an American Nazi Party rally. He said he was Evan Lewis, of Akron, Ohio, and a member of the National Knights of the K.K.K. The police said he had no permit to speak.
