Order For Trust Adjourned
Although approved in principle, an order sought under the Family Protection Act creating a statutory trust for two grandchildren out of the estate of Alexander Henry Hamilton, a Springston farmer who died in 1962, was adjourned by Mr Justice Macarthur in the Supreme Court yesterday for examination of details of draughtsmanship. The order was sought by Alexander Lewis Henry Hamilton, a labourer, of Christchurch (Mr M. G. L. Loughnan), and four other children of the deceased. Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd., administrator of the, estate (Mr J. R. Fox), did not oppose the order. The deceased’s grandchildren, Sandra Gail Hamilton and Bradley Lewis Hamilton, were represented by Mr A. F. W. Wilding.
