EAST OF SUEZ

The Prime Minister, Mr Harold Wilson, yesterday warned that Britain could cut her commitments heavily in South-east Asia because of the country’s present economic situation. The British Prime Minister, speaking during the economic debate in the House of Commons, said consultations would be held with Commonwealth countries and Britain's other allies when a decision had been reached on the nature of the cuts.
