Talks Resume In Salisbury

SALISBURY, June 2
British and Rhodesian officials remained silent today after opening the second round of talks aimed at finding a basis for a negotiated settlement of the six-month independence issue. The talks resumed in Salisbury with a two and threequarter hour session after the series of secret initial meetings in London 10 days ago.
