Sections Bring £16,825
Six sections in Gunns crescent and six in Lansdowne terrace, in the “Cashmere Downs” subdivision at lower Cashmere, were sold for £16,825 at public auction on Saturday morning. Prices ranged from £l2OO to £1650, The average price was £1402.
The sale was held by Ford and Hadfield, Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr Denys Chapman.
