BUILDING PERMITS
Permits for buildings to a total value of £4,473,841 had been issued in the 12 months to March 31 this year, the Waimairi County Council was told on Thursday evening. The average value of each dwelling was £3813. This compared with buildings valued at £4,226,226 in the previous 12 months, when the average value of each dwelling had been £3409. I
