TALKS IN ITALY
Visit Of Soviet Minister (N.Z.P. A.-Reuter —Copyright) ROME, April 22. The Soviet Foreign Minister (Mr Gromyko) and his Italian opposite number, Professor Fanfani, begin talks today. These are expected to range over Vietnam, disarmament and increased trade exchanges. They had their first meeting last night, at the start of Mr Gromyko’s six-day visit to Italy.
