Return For Talks t.V.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 21. The commander of the New Zealand Artillery battery in Vietnam, Major D. R. Kenning, returned to New Zealand tonight for talks with Army chiefs in Wellington. He will report to the Chief of the General Staff (MajorGeneral W. S. McKinnin) on his battery's operations when he reaches Wellington tomorrow. One of the matters to be discussed will be the formation of a six-gun battery. The battery is now using four of its five guns. Another gun along with about 30 reinforcements will leave for the theatre soon. The morale of the battery was very good, he said. Major Kenning will return to Saigon in about a week. During his absence, the battery is commanded by Captain M. Stanley.
