Detectives Still Seeking Gun
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 10. A submachine gun which was stolen from an armourers’ workshop in Papakura Camp on Wednesday night has not been found yet. No ammunition was stolen with the weapon, which is a 9mm, firing 600 rounds a minute. Another similar gun and about 40 automatic rifles were not touched. All available Otahuhu detectives are engaged on investigating the theft.
