KIWIS COME OUT OF RETIREMENT
Papanui will bring three former Kiwis out of retirement for its Barr Cup Rugby League elimination match against Marist at Hornby Domain today. J. A. Bond, G. H. Turner and A. N. Amer, who said they were unavailable earlier this season, are included in a strong Papanui team, as is the Canterbury forward, E. J. Tavendale, another who “retired” this year. With Marist being able to field its four players at present undergoing transfer suspensions, W. D. Beri, M. H. Mohi, R. J. A. McKenzie and B. F. Lawrence, the match
