Protective H-Bombs

A physicist who helped develop the H-bomb, said today the United States should help its allies build an anti-ballis-tic missile defence system and give them authority to fire the nuclear protective weapons, the Associated Press reported.
Dr. Edward Teller emphasised, however, that the nuclear weapons system would be of the type that could be used for defensive purposes only.
