Russians Set Two Records
(N.Z P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) MOSCOW. Two indoor world records were set at an international athletics meeting in the Moscow Palace of Sports on Sunday. Boris Savchuk, 24-year-old Army man from Leningrad, clocked 34.45ec for the men’s 300 metres, and Ludmila Samotesova. 26-year-old technician from Bryansk, lowered the women’s record for the same distance by o.6sec to 38.8 sec.
